Berish Bilander, CEO, Green Music Australia:
“Congratulations to all of this year’s participants. Musicians help shape the stories, values and norms that define our culture – at a time when we urgently need to realign how we live with the realities of the climate crisis. That’s why bringing together such a diverse group of artists to engage with critical issues like climate justice and systemic change is so incredibly important.”
Emily Collins, Head of Sound NSW:
“NSW artists play a powerful role in influencing change. The Sound Country Artist Leadership Retreat supports artists to step into that role with confidence, providing the tools, networks and knowledge to embed sustainability into their creative and professional practice. Sound NSW is proud to partner with Green Music Australia on a program that invests in artists as leaders for a more resilient music sector.”
