Green Music Australia is an independent not-for-profit organisation that does amazing work assisting the music industry to reduce its environmental impact.
In line with the Corporations Act, our legal obligation is to have at least 50 members who can participate in general meetings (not compulsory) and vote for the board and contribute to the organisation's direction.
For a minimum $25 annual fee you become part of the solution and allow us to continue our important work. We would love our members to be public advocates for the organisation, but there are no obligations on members.
The legal liability of members is limited to a $10 contribution in the event that the organisation is wound up while you are a member and for 12 months thereafter.
