Adani has begun clearing land for its climate-destroying Carmichael Coal Mine in central Queensland. In response, people of all walks of life from around the country have been disrupting work on the mine and protecting our water, native habitat and climate. Now it’s musicians joining the party, packing their instruments and heading to the climate frontlines.
From October 24-27, musicians including indie singer-songwriter Lisa Mitchell, Ben Gordon of metal-core legends Parkway Drive, and mixed-media art pop duo Ginger and The Ghost will be gathering to support those who are on the frontline resisting climate destruction
Join us at Binbee for a weekend of music, training and powerful action to stop Adani’s mine and the climate breakdown it is part of. For too long we’ve endured the stale playlist of greed destroying our planet, together lets write a new song – to the rhythm of resistance and melody of a cleaner, fairer future.
