Green Artist Guide

Built on a decade of thinking, research, and advocacy, Sound Country: A Green Artist Guide is a free resource for artists and their teams, providing comprehensive advice, tips, and case studies to help musicians reduce their environmental impact and become bold climate advocates. .

Co-written by First Nations music producer, Rhoda Roberts AO and sustainability expert, Matt Wicking, Sound Country gives musicians the practical tools and information they need to implement sustainable solutions across all parts of their artistic practice and career.

Sound Country is available via an interactive website, downloadable PDF, and limited print booklet and features eight chapters explaining environmental principles, sustainability fundamentals, and the importance of First Nations leadership and knowledge.

The recently refreshed 2024 guide has been updated with new case studies, resources, tools, and a brand new chapter on green music releases.
